1. Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website www.mariabydesign.com by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

✔️ Other payment options listed at checkout
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us at mariabydesign1@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. We will do our best, but modifications are not guaranteed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (some may take up to 14 days).

Delivery Estimates:
- Domestic (Luxembourg & Europe): 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 2-4 business days
- International Orders: 7-14 business days
Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or peak seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping. Additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at mariabydesign1@gmail.com. We will assist you in locating your order or provide a suitable resolution.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
- Email us at mariabydesign1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Custom-made or personalised products
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale"
❌ Gift cards
❌ Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings, swimwear, lingerie)
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page or email us for updates.
