At Maria By Design, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy carefully.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or hygiene-related products (e.g., earrings, swimwear, lingerie)
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at mariabydesign1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Approval: If your return meets our criteria, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, we will notify you via email.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at mariabydesign1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
